Our story begins on the football field.

From the very start, we shared a deep passion for the game, but it wasn’t just the sport itself that connected us. Our entire athletic journey was filled with lessons that still guide us today: determination, resilience, team spirit, and the ability to face challenges together.

On the football field, we learned that success always requires cooperation, trust, and long-term vision. Even though you can’t always stay in the top three without hard work, we both knew there was no easier or “more correct” path than this: if you truly want to achieve something, you must commit to it wholeheartedly. One of the most important values football taught us was collaboration – not only within our own team, but with others as well.

When we realized that many other entrepreneurs shared the same values and needs we did, the idea of starting our own company began to feel natural. Our goal wasn’t simply to create a business, but to create something that could genuinely help others. The mission was clear: we wanted to offer fair and collaborative solutions that not only deliver results, but also earn trust and appreciation from our clients.

And so, 7he One Oy and Santa´s Snowball League were born. Our company is dedicated to those who value the power of community and teamwork, and who strive to build long-term success. We don’t just want to solve a client’s problem – we want to bring a culture of fairness and cooperation into everything we do. We know how important it is to stand on the same side and how shared goals lead to shared success.
